Individual therapy consists of doing one on one sessions together, where we create a space of safety and commitment for you to be able to open up about your needs. The goal of the sessions is to achieve a better understanding of yourself, how you function, learn and practice useful tools for mental health as well as support you during difficult times.
Sessions can be in-person or online and last approximately 50 minutes, where the person is accompanied in what he/she needs at that moment.
